Casa I35: A Perfect Balance of Design and Functionality
The spectacular design of the Casa I35 project would not be possible without the brilliant vision of @jga_arquitectura, a true benchmark in the fusion of functionality, aesthetics, and surroundings. In collaboration with @cros_construccion, they have created a space that stands out for its elegance and modernity in the Bosque Real development, Laguna de Duero, Valladolid.
Exteriors: Elegance and Safety
The swimming pool and outdoor paving feature the Anima collection in Luna color, a rectified porcelain tile (35.4'' x 35.4'') with a matte finish and anti-slip properties. This material ensures safety and durability while maintaining a contemporary aesthetic.
Interiors: Warmth and Resistance
For the indoor flooring, the Natura Camel collection was chosen. This rectified porcelain tile faithfully recreates the warmth of natural wood, offering a cozy feel along with the resistance and durability of porcelain.
Bathrooms: A Touch of Distinction
In the bathroom, the extruded porcelain wall tile Mare Nostrum Atenas, with its glossy finish, brings brightness and elegance, turning it into a truly unique space.
